I entered this field by design. As a college student it was my ambition to be in the world of commercial development. I left Boise for LA to break into the business. I spoke to everyone I could until I ran out of money. I was fortunate to land a job with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. My job was in the loan servicing department but, they also owned a residential development company and venture capital company. After two years and no movement into development or capital, I gave up Weyerhaeuser and returned to Boise.

You can expect to meet on a weekly basis. These meetings are to inform, address, strategize, and assign. When a new assignment is brought to the Brokerage everyone participates in the execution of marketing the assignment. Each building has its unique needs and this is deeply explored in our round table process. We then devise our marketing strategies and procedures.
My years of experience working with different Commercial Realty Brokerage Companies has convinced me that my methods are unique. I believe that every “transaction” is personal. That is why I have a hands-on approach, initiating and forging strong professional relationships.
That may be true. But it takes time to identify appropriate properties and gain knowledge of your market. If you need to make a move, a sale, or a purchase taking the time to meet with me, put together a profile of your needs will pay a huge dividend. You can then work on your business while I’m at work finding the right property or buyer for you. You also get the benefit of a professional, knowing the development environment, legal requirements, and structuring of a deal that will create a win for all parties.
We are not the big guys. These are big companies that tend to be more transactional in their service where you will not get the personal attention of a small brokerage. Even though you see their names on properties around town, they are typically sitting back and waiting for phone calls. Even though they are “marketing” that building, their definition is narrow. I actively market buildings to potential users and I can provide access to any building with a sign on it. And I’m going to make sure, it is a good choice for you either way.
If you have multiple agents, you don’t have any one broker’s attention. You want someone who is dedicated to working for you, who knows your needs, and is working hard on your behalf. If you aren’t loyal, your broker isn’t going to be loyal nor is the broker assured that fees will go to them for their efforts. With a dedicated broker, such as myself, you will have someone working hard on your behalf to meet your, very specific needs.
